Inside or outside?
Inside you just sort of wigglie it round and slide it off, outside, theres a little clip you flip open with a screwdriver.

Look at the handle from the top. At the point where it pivots, you should see a metal pin. Remove that pin, and then removing the handle from the surround is easy. All you need is a centre punch (or similar) to remove the pin, not specialised tools. I have a straight screwddriver, which i bought in a s**t set of screwdrivers from bunnings. Failing that, you could use any striaght solid implement such as tent pegs etc.
From there, the handle will come off, but it will get stuck on the white clip at the back. To get this off, you need to squeeze the 4 prongs together, and then that clip will seperate. I have found that the easiest way to do this is with a 5mm socket, as you can compress all 4 prongs at once as in the pics below.

Cheers
Chris

I'll add to my previous post. Before you remove the handle, take note of how the spring sits. It will be a tad tricky putting it back together the first time.

Cheers
Chris
