how the hell do u remove the cigarette lighter, im in the process of taking of the plastic trimming to paint but i cant get this bastard out! therefore the trimming around the radio is stuck on it!!

it is clipped in mate, its either a pull or a push lol

huh? you remove the two screw above your HU, radio surround should come forward disconnect power and lights to ashtray/cig then the cig lighter parts push out.

ahh great got that part sorted lol... yeah pretty simple otherwise...
um now im stuck again, ive disengaged the cluster but i still cant get the main panel off (the one which houses the clock) |

there is a screw in the little hole nex to the clock and one on the top right near the time of air comn
