G'day all,
My left hand dash vent in my 04 BA XR6 Turbo has develped a crack; I want to remove it and see if I can repair the crack but have no idea on how to remove, let alone, where to start? Is there a member out there who may be able to lend their expertise on how to get at the dash vent, remove and then repair it? The crack is not that large, only an inch or so at its longest; it's more unsightly than anything else. Thanks in advance Cheers Buzz

I changed mine to the chrome vents and it wasn't that hard from memory...
I'd start by poping the end panel out of the dash and working from there... This is the small panel that the door closes against... Possibly after this comes off the dash speer comes off and then you can see the two screws holding the vent in? Can't quite remember... There is two screws holding it in and it wasn't real hard... Cheers, Tim

Cheers Buzz
