You can install an s pack dash, same dash as in Fairmonts and ghia models. These have the tacho, and oil pressure and volt meter gauges too. You also need an oil pressure switch for the oil gauge to function preoperly.

Not a tacho and shift light :( - just the dash cluster swap over procedure.

The dash would look much neater with an s pack dash - I have done this dash conversion twice before, once on an EB2 Falcon and on a ZK Fairlane. Both were perfect.

Read the technical doc's!

http://www.fordmods.com/forums/documents.php?doc=45

It shows all the wiring from the EA-ED series dashes.

Hope this helps

Andrew

i would like to install a tacho in mine one day as well. changing clusters is not an issue as mine has only 67000 km's. even if i find one that has similar km's, if someone knows you have swapped clusters, they no longer believe the km's are genuine.

As long as you keep the car for yourself, after a while, like a few years, the next buyer may not notice the dash change over. Just make up some s%&* like I did with my ZK back in 2002.
