We bought a ea falcon recently the dodgy guy who sold it to us said it only needed a fan belt replaced on the air con however it needs a compressor does anyone know if i could put a 2nd hand one in and if so how i would go about doing it ???

just un do the 2, 13 mm bolts holding the pipes on then the 4 bolts holding the pump on and one wire thats it then put the new one on using new o rings vac the system down for 30 min then gas her up then leak check but i bet being a ea the evap core will be leaking as well thats a big job if u have not done one before
