i have an AUII xr6 ute that didnt come with a passenger side airbag...

i was just wondering what i would need to get to install one?

would there be a connection for an airbag in the dash? or is the wiring looms completely different in the cars (airbag vs no airbag)?

I ask because i saw an SR AUII falcon with a passengers side airbag that hadnt been released... so i was thinking if i could scavange parts from that to install one in my own car...

any help would be greatly appreciated... cheers...

Usually it is a case of disconnecting the yellow resistor and plugging in the air bag module.
Make sure the clips that come with the airbag module are not broken as they nearly always break when removed from a vehicle.

Make sure you disconnect the battery before you play with putting it in and also make sure you have your radio code.
