is there any way possible that you can stop the odometer from DIMMING when the dash lights are on?

i have a filter on the odometer (blue) and its great during the day, but when its at night and the dash lights are on, the odometer can't be seen due to the light dimming.

is there any way to stop this dimming?
i know how to do it for the trip computer (to stop it dimming when lights are on....), how to do it with the cluster...has anyone done this before?

i guess its not possible?
