when you paint it black, do you just paint the bit that easily comes off.. (the bit you take off to change the cluster)

or everything
if just the surround, how does that go in matching with the grey? do you paint the radio surround?

No. You won't stop till your whole car interior is aqua blue won't you?! :D And Mitch what are you on about. If you're refering to the Fairmont interior, that was would have to be a crime to paint bits black here and there. Black looks good in the AUs, but EF's I've seen with black dash and all that don't look good.

They are harder parts. Usually that involves takeing the TV bracket off and alot of f**k around (centre vents I talkuing about). The central Lockling switch will be done when I finite detail the car.

Everything comes off excpet half the curved dash area where the dash mat sits. Dash surround, radio surround, etc all came out.

I dont intend to match it to gray since I intend on paiting all ove rhte gray or at least covering it.

hmmm...I wonder what that means?

Wouldn't be the colour of my choice.
By the way, first thing I noticed on the picture of the door handle was the saggy material behind it, might wanna fix that. it's not hard, i did mine in black aswell.
looks like your doing a good job though!

Well quick! Call the Lourve'!

That looks pretty sik!

I like the way it burns my retinas AND insults my sense of taste at the same time.....

I think I might give up on the Turbo conversion for my EF Taxi and instead concentrate on such masterful decoration.....

You know what I find with having clashign colours like that. It actually makes your dash look older, reminds me of the EA interiors.
