2 words. Murphy's Law.
For the last year the globe behind the aerial switch hasn't worked. So I decided to replace it finally as I was replacing the dash fascia anyway.
So I ordered a globe from Ford Spares, $8.00, and when I got home and took the switch out, found it was the wrong one. Ordered the right one, they only have AU 2amp globes now $5.00, delayed my installation a day.
Next day got it, put it in, put the whole dash and auto surround back together. Went for a drive that night, a what do you know, the aerial one works a treat now, but the demister globe has gone now. I must have weakened the old globe when installing the dash.
Talk about the Twilight Zone with this car, i swear!
