Anyone thinking about putting the ipod (aux) input in your BA?

Do it, the kit costs $37 from Ford and it is a piss easy! Took me about ten minutes this arv, and now I don't have to put up with those annoying FM Transmitter things!

Giddy Up!!!

Do you find that it only plays back through the front speakers?

I had a head unit installed a few weeks back using the Aux input. It only plays back through the front. Has it been installed wrong?

No problems with mine, it cranks up just as good as the CD player does.

Sounds like there is a problem with the install somwhere!

With the ford ones do you have to pull out the ICC or does it plug into the fuse panel?

if you gonna buy one be careful, the 40 buck one is only the cable, does not include the booster pack, and depending on what you plug in can have varied volume leveling issues, 114.00 for the full kit from FORD
