I've almost finished my LED conversion on my EF GLi. Where I've run into trouble is that I can't figure out how to get at the globes that are in the aircon buttons. Do I have to remove the circuitboard or something? I can't see how to get the buttons out.

assuming you have a normal heater control not a climate control unit, there are two screws in the circuit board take both out then slide the board out the back. easy enough to come out, shouldn't have to force it.
