Hey guys ive got an el xr6 and i got two replacment led globes today for the rear reading lights and they dnt work....they sit in there great but aint working....anyone got a clue to what may be wrong?
the globes are called monza and they are white.. cheers

are they 12 volt?

umm just had a look then, and it dosnt say it.....spewin if the guy gave me the wrong ones

They'll be the wrong polarity,
I tried this a year ago or so and ran into the same trouble. For some reason ford ran a reverse polarity to the norm and thats why they won't work. Where as incandescent globes can go either way (neg sleeve/pos pole or pos sleeve/neg pole) LEDs will only work one way (they need to match the housing)
