Have removed my door trims to fix the sticking power windows, but the buttons that lock the door no longer sit flush with the trim when the doors are locked, is there a trick to getting them to sit flush, if so, do tell
Brett

pull the button off, with a pair of pointy nose pliers pull the white plastic insert out but not off. with the window open close the dorr and lock it (plastic button rod all the way down) next push the button on until it bottoms out or flush with the door. unlock door and check for correct locking operation.

Bent the top of the door slightly, and retightened the window where it sits in the channel, as well as graphite lube(as used on guns). works a treat so far, but its only been 2 days
