hey all, looking at getting a new shifter as mines a alted performance masterpiece, and found one on ebay with a thread, now i wanna know if the momos ones come with a thread inside, and where the hell do i get one.......

Jet ute is selling one... drop a PM to him. I bought a MOMO wheel off him a while ago... it was new and cheap!

99.9% sure they come with a thread inside

No thread inside, it has a start of a thread, but as you screw the momo knob on it cuts the thread as you go. I got one in my car, found the same thing when i installed it cut the thread, the plastic inside the knob is obviously softer than the shaft, the entire thing then acts like one big lock nut.

What is your alted special? Hacksaw job?
