What's the best way to go about mounting an amp (and a laptop) in the boot of an EB?

I was gonna just whack em on the back of the seats but i wanna eventually get a box made/make a box that takes up that entire cavity and sits flush with the back of the seats.

So i thought i'd whack em on the right hand side of the boot. Seeing as i haven't gone investigating in there yet, what am i going to find when i pull the trim off?

what do i have to cut/drill to get someway of mounting this stuff up?

Any tips or hints would be great ! :)

Also any ideas on how to mount an 8" touch screen in/on the dash somewhere?

thats what the laptops in there for.
