ok so iv taken these, put in the design i want etc, making sure not to change the size of the original background layer just zooming etc. when i went to print preview, scan to print i did as you said, 11.6% but when this was printed the size of the image on the A4 paper was only like..15mm long... i tried 100% which was close but looked a little too big.. would you be able to post an actual mm or cm measurement for the original template. say from the centre of the oil pressure hole to the tacho hole. and speedo hole to battery hole?(hole as in where the needles sit) that way i can calculate the right percentage ill need for a spot on print yeh?

mate dont be afraid to do some work yourself. Rip out your own dials so you can compare the size to the printouts If the designs are too big or small, then measure how many cm/mm difference there is, and adjust the size accordingly in Photoshop.... then keep printing out copies on low setting so your not wasting too much ink, until you have a close match. When you have it close, keep adjusting the size of the design by a couple mm here and there until you get a perfect match. |

Or print them out at the correct DPI setting (stuff using percentages, they're inaccurate) and they'll be spot on. I can't remember but they'll be either 300dpi or 600dpi. Unless you managed to mess that up in editing.

take note that the EF masks on the first page of the thread are slightly out of shape. The 1/4 mark on the fuel gauge is wrong and the two gauges on the right are out.

Hey Mate, that look neat. I like it when mods take on an almost factory appearance, like it should have been that way all the time.
Well Done BenJ

In Photoshop I added circles and then coloured and used a style to give the appearance of them being raised.
I just thought that the transition from Black to Red just was too sudden, and the rings break it up nicely, while also highlighting the dials. I really should pull it apart again and glue it all down LOL BenJ
