You shouldn't use photo paper.

Just use pure white printing paper.

Or get some white overhead transparency paper.

I was just working on a simple dash template for my BF I Ghia, I like it! A couple of questions. What is the best way to print these out? Much work involved in changing it over?

Same as the factory plastics, with coloured plastic behind the cluster. Still using the standard bulbs as well, so no leds.

Hi Guys,

Ive got an NC Cluster in ebv8 and am thinking of using the design on the previous page.

So is it as simple as this.

Measure the Length and width of the background on the existing cluster
Set those settings before printing it
Use normal 80gsm plain white paper???
Take out the existing needles?? Does this stuff up the cluster in anyway????
Take out the orginal backing
Paste the printed template in it place
Put the needles back on

And everything should light up fine????

Will the back light be sufficient or is there something i missed while reading the 13 pages of this thread????
