If you can't find a scan of the police cluster, you can use a good scan of the std cluster and make a police cluster background using copy/paste in photoshop, or similar, to add the extra ticks on the dial.

sorry if this is reviving the topic but i have a few questions.
I have an old XH series 1 cluster that I want to match with the outside of the car (yellow/black). I have it apart and the gauge faces are off it, im unsure of the process of making my own faces, I dont need help with the photoshop part, just the putting it back together to look good. Do i use the original faces at all? Or do I just make my new faces using the template and put them in the place of original faces. (i really hope this making sense haha). Anyways cheers for the help guys =D
