I was well aware that my seat was screwed and I didn't think it would pass roadworthy. So anywho i went to get my car roadworthy a few days ago and my seat failed me D:

I'm just going to get it welded back, or is there any other way to fix it?

Exact same thing happened to me , resulting in a wobbly seat base.

Replace the base. Cloth Trim just pops off and easy to fit. 4 Allen head bolts hold it in.

I have to get it repaired quick so I think welding it is the quickest option?

Mine did the same thing, it was annoying so I fixed it. I did this by taking the seat out, the cushion and the cover and all that off, and the seat-pan bit out (the part that the bolts have ripped through) and flattened the torn part down, then welded some big washers to it, then just put it all back together. It didn't take too long, just make sure you have the washers lined up well or it will be a PITA to get back together.

So you took out the screws, welded the washers onto the seat-pan and put the screws back in?

As far as I remember. The nuts are on the bar as far as I can tell from the picture?
