Fairmont or Fairlane interior if you want some luxury - velour/leather
or XR interior if you want the sports seats

being a wagon you're best going for a LWB interior - eg Fairlane/LTD interior - not sure about the SWB into a LWB interior? :?

If its got a bench seat, then you would have to add some more holes for the bolstering down of bucket seats properly to the chassis.
You could add a centre console as well and convert from column change to floor shift. By adding a centre console, you could wire in a rear courtesy light on the back of the centre console.
Add a clock/trip computer into the blank panel in the dash above the centre face outlets.
Upgrade the instruments to a Fairmont Ghia or Fairlane range, you get more gauges as well.
A leather rim steering wheel, Footwell courtesy lamps in the front. I would put in Futura or Fairmont seats, rear seat had rear headrests fitted, plus Fairmont seats were covered in velour trim.
Carpeted kick panels look better than plain plastic ones.
A Fairmont glove box - has got velour lining inside.
Better wheels, clear side indicators on the front guards.
All I can think of for now..........

Since you mentioned its a Futura wagon, you could add a trip computer, Fairmont seats, radio and put the CD changer under the front seat and maybe even auto climate control system.

The trip computer needs two more wires fitted to run properly. There are modiifcation documents on this website that show you how to add auto climate control and a trip computer to EF and EF Falcons/Futuras. Unsure of costs as I own a Fairlane Ghia, but im sure someone on this website has performed this modification can point you in the right direction.
However, trip computers are being sold on eBay all the time - keep your eye out.
