that would look nice if i could doo that, i have tried to seperate the garnish , no go i know sexyr6 did it on his a wile back, also like to see it photo choped with white paint on the garnish see how that looks.

Bunter,
Ben beat me to offering a garnish, let me know if you want a second one to play with.
Those lights look good on the fronts of most E-series and only look good on the rear of white cars IMO. They really look good.
You're a lucky man, I got a mouse in the shape of a golf ball, with mat the shape of a green...with flag! WTF
I'm a terrible artist but here's a late night effort, why not leave the garnish and paint the number plate surround?

yethe fairmont ganish clear mate.. i was a ED XR in white with the clear lights and clear garnish and it looked the goods.. much better than painting the GLi garnish
