Well I set the climate control to 32 degrees today and cold air came out, turned it down to 16 and back to 32 and still cold, I checked the fuses and there ok. the coolants ok. So what could the problem be? Is it hard to fix?

Was the car in the sun or shade and what was the outside temp. Climate control is automatic so it works according to temp both in and outside the car it may have simply been to warm.

Check the heater tap making sure it opens and closes ok, if it has climate control reset it, if E2 comes up its the blend door servo at fault. If no codes are present and heater tap is ok flush the heater unit making sure its not blocked.

I'll check for the error codes, it doesn't sound like the blending door is opening and closing.

Sounds like the heater tap to me...if your climate control has a fault, the display will flash when you turn the ignition on (well thats the case for the E series anyway).
I think for the au to run self test Press the floor and off button at the same time with the igntion on . This also calibrates the unit. |

if the blend door motor is just jamed the climate control will show no codes. Often running the slelf test a few times will fix this.
