It is a gl , i was supprised myself, looking at the options prices when ea's were new that there was so few to upgrade, was only a couple of hundred
bucks . Must of been a lot of fleet buyers

so you can just tap into the pink wire from the dizzy? the coil looks like it would be and a*** to get to? is this right! in the tech doco it say from the coil i'm confused. On my dizzy there are to pink wires one has markings on it and the other is plain pink, which one :D

ohhhhh s**t lol i cant remember... i think its the PLAIN pink 1.... i had 2 run 1 on my fairmont because somewhere my factory wire either melted or something the tacho died.....so i had to run a wire.

yep pink wire on the dizzy JUST first to test it is the right wire just push the wire into the plug and connect it to the dash....lol yeah same here its a struggle to get my hands in there.

okay i picked up a mid series cluster 45 bucks cheering :o question i have is pin 8 already has a wire there. splice the two wires together or do i disconect it and run the feed seperate?

cause the car was originally a S-pack and i put in the dash and cluster from a fairy without transplating all the other harness stoopid me plus i have a modded EB XR cluster

The pink wire near the master cylinder works fine. Thats where my tacho is connected to, and it works fine.
