Hey i was wondering if n e 1 could please give me a quick runthrough on how to take out the parcel shelf in an ef, muchly appreciated

im pretty sure there welded in so you would have to take out the rear window and cut it out.

if you mean the steel, then that will make the car highly un roadworthy!!
if you mean the carpet, take speakers out, take out screws holding it in and just pull the bugger out, its only material. you will also need to take the seat base out and take the bottom of the centre seatbelt out so it can be passed through the shelf. |

has anyone ever replaced the parcel shelf before?
I have a wreck with a good shelf and my EA was molested by previous owners which resulted in my parcel shelf going missing. I dont mind removing the window if I have to. |

I dont mind removing the window if I have to. cant see why you couldnt, as long as you are good on the welder and could make it as strong as the original one. I highly doubt it would pass the pits unless it looked totally stock, though.
