inside the pillars on both front doors on my el is this plate.now this is the wiring loom hole i believe?but i have never seen the plate with the hole in any of the 4 e series falcons i own.does anyone else have this plate??i want to get rid of it as its starting to rust

cheers phongus. yeah owned a few el's now and my elxr turbo is the first with factory sunroof. thanks again

yeah im going to do that asap.but can plate be taken off easily? i take it there is just a rubber drain hose that just pushes onto the otherside?? just want to take plate off and tidy it up colour match it to the rest of the car since its there to stay

Yes there is just a rubber hose connected to that plate...looks like a garden hose but clear and runs from the drain hole, along the A-pillar and to the sunroof. There are also drain hoses going from the back of the sunroof, along the roof line and to either side of the car along the C pillars near the back windows, just incase you stumble across those later.
