Have you read the doco on the E series one? It might be similair for an AU and might give you a starting point.

iirc from helping my uncle with window tinting, there are two 10mm bolts. one is behind the lower and back round plastic plug.
There is also another hex bold either underneath the power window switches (removed by prying up from the back of the plastic face (next to the padding of the armrest)) or behind the plastic backing of the release lever (removed by pushing down and out with a flat blade screwdriver behind it at approximately 10 oclock and again at around 2 oclock - you'll feel it when you get the right spot because when you get it right it comes easily) Those are all the hidden screws you need to worry about - the rest are easily visible around the outside of the trim and perhaps behind plugs along the bottom (i can't remember if that last bit is falcon or commode door door trims) Double check that you have all screws, and pull out and upwards to remove without forcing it - there arn't many/any clips in the AU design. oh and on the drivers door, you'll need to remove the lock knob before it'll come off. just pull straight up on it. if you can't get it by hand, a set of pliers with a rag accross the grooves works fine but be careful not to damage it. This is just from my memory. and it's been several months since i have done it. Have you got all the ones i mentioned?
