Hold the reset button for more than 10 seconds.

Police will be displayed.

One short press will UP .5%
One long (1second)press will DOWN it by .5%

Try finding the right speedo gear with 19's and a 3.7 diff.

Either way, Bigger Wheels, non stock gear ratio... and various speedo gears to figure out
OR
10 second fix threw the funky dash.

yeah i think the eprom is rooted as it will clock up the ks while driving but as soon as i turn the ignition off it goes back to the 107094ks that where on it and it will let me into standard dianostic mode but not police mode

Wheel size only matters if tyre size is not adjusted to same rolling radius as old wheel/tyre combination  :D
