This is my set up atm.

Im in the process of making up some brackets to secure the box snuggly up behind the back seats on that little ledge (still facing the rear of the car) so I can get a bit more boot space.

If you dont need all your boot and love loud music, I'd go two 12's. 1 just didnt do it for my last falc.

In the end it'll all depend on what equiptment you use, how its wired and what car it's going into.

Best bet is to talk to a few audio install guys, they do these cars everyday and know what'll sound best. You can spend as much as you like but if the package doesnt work together it'll always sound s**t as a few of my mates have found out.

Here's a pic of my sub. Fortunatley I mounted my amps ( Audiobahn 800w Monoblock & Audiobahn 2 x 200W) under my front seats. They are chrome and glow blue, my interior is black leather with chrome handles, handbrake tbar surround etc. and the sub grille chrome also! Worked out well!

I have a 1000watt AUDOSON amplifier, a custom box with two 12" CVR Kicker subs and a 1.5Farad Capaciter. I used to have a 15" MTX but i blew it because the box was to small and wasnt letting the pressure out, and next thing i knew . . . .. . BANG!. lol. I am looking at upgrading to 2 amps soon though. Only problem with AUDOSON amps is when u blow a fuse, good luck trying to find one for the italian piece of s**t. f**k awsome amp, no doubt about it. But f**k nuisance at the same time. My brother made a home job as a fuse, still kicks hard though.
I will try and gte a few pics up

Well, i finally have some pictures of my sub setup, with the little wall mounted RCA leads. Have decided i will use some heavy duty velcro on the little shelf as well to help stop it moving about.

And i usually have the spekaer cable for the sub tucked away neatly under the shelf, but i just ran out and took photos the smorning when i had the camera
