Just find the 2 wires that go to the cig lighter and tap into them i.e positive wire from the led kit to positive wire going to the cig lighter and negative wire from the led kit to the negative wire going to the cig lighter.
You won't need to cut the cig lighter wires to wire it all up, just remove a bit of insulation around the cig lighter wiring and wrap the led kit wiring onto the correct wires, solder the wires to make sure they stick together and use some electrical tape to insulate it. Im guessing the LED kit will have a switch built in so you can turn off/on when you want? Im not familiar with b-series models so i wouldnt know what you need to remove to get to it, but like most cars, some parts of the dash console may need to be removed.. Piece of piss though. |

You can just run the + to the cig lighter and earth somewhere else if you are moutning it a long way away. Alternatively you can put the + and - into a cig lighter plug so it literally is plug and play but I forget if its + centre or - centre for cars.
