Im doin a power window conversion on my ef gli and i need to know...

will the regulators from an ea fairmont fit /work in my ef

Hi,

Yes, the regulators are the same from EA-EL as they are the same doors.

yes that is 100%...I have installed EA regulators in ELs and EF's in EBs....

they are all interchangeable. They all have the same mounting points.

and the otherway is true... i just replaced a door on my car with a gli and the electric winder went straight in with a few mods for the door handle and loom swap

no worries...

I already read the doco and couldn't find anything on the wether the reg were interchangeable between models.

The wiring and that is hell easy.
