Clean all the rubber guides with plain water then let it dry. Do not use soap as it makes the rubber more sticky when they come into contact with the glass. Apply Nulon Ezi-Glide on rubber guides then open and close the window to let the lubricant spread evenly. After doing this, your window should slide freely without the window moving forward when closing.
You can buy ezi-glide from Supercheap and i think they are about $10 a can.

$8 can of silicone spray turned my windows from "press button and pull up with all your might" to a 5 second piece of work with just the button.
just sprayed about 5 or 6 heavy coats of it, let it soak in and move windows up n down. months and months later still all good
