OK I got my power windows working again but now the rear window lock button doesn't work. The rears go down wether it is on lock or not. How exactly does the button work? Could I have missed something when putting the module back in? I can't seem to work it out.

It cuts power to the rear door switches.
The console switches should work regardless.

How does it cut it, through the module? The console switches work regardless, but I want to be able to lock the rears from the module, its stopped working.

The button has a spring loaded contact which either contacts or not the two rails in the button housing - with the unit stripped down to circuit board and switches, you will be able to see the two rails.

There is a plastic hump between the rails about a third the way down in the cavity where the button travels - this pushes the contact away from the rails, thereby cutting the power - yours may be worn.
