im unsure on how to print to the right size my modded dash templates

if i open it in the prorgram i used to edit it (PSP 9) it says the images dimensions are
4139x2499 pixels or
6.898 x 4.165 inches at 600dpi
thats for the speedo and the tacho and i havent changed the size of the image
