Thanks for your message. Yep, I will be doing that and also having a look at the motor to see if there is any degradation at the terminal end. Might need a clean and polish. I did have some silicon grease on those rocker pins as a lube to minimise wear. I've removed the offending grease with industrial grade Metho. I'll let you know how I go. Cheers |

G'day mate, Yep, got the terminal switches working, good as gold. All electric window motor winders are working. The only time the front passenger window fails to work is when there is a bit of rain when the window is down. It starts to jam a little then starts to wind up after continual rocking of the switch. I'll be removing the front passenger side window motor within the next two weeks. The only issue I have is the problem of breaking or cracking the outside (or was it the inside) window rubber when I dont have a replacement rubber as yet. I'll have to find an intact one from a wrecker, Ford direct would be a bit too expensive I'd think. Bondy |

Fraud will want top dollar I would assume, going to a wrecker will be the cheapest option

Go pull out and re install the power window relay in the fuse box near the drivers footwell, I bet they work after.

Never thought of that one, seems to be working so far except on the odd occasion when it gets showers. |

That's funny cos ours were playing up, then it rained and now they work well, haha.
But yea the relay quite Pften wiggles out a little and will give it some grief. Hard to wind up, windows not working. Sounds like you got yours sorted tho |

If it's a stuffed relay, just replace it. They can get stuck and since you say it happens when wet, the relay might be getting moisture causing the little arm on the relay to get sticky.
