Grab a replacement from another screen - maybe wreckers, use a small chisel or whatever.
Reflow the solder on it, fit the connector. Desolder the broken one - hold the new one by the connector, solder it on. Few tips: -Maybe use some flux to help flow and heat transfer quicker -Use a low power iron, maybe 40/50W The soldered area is like a circuit track on a cct board - don't spend too long with heat, overheating and too long with an iron will make it not tin. If that does happen, you'll need some conductive epoxy, or maybe use a demister repair kit.
