OK, so I have to pull the drivers window out to swap it out with another one. Long story short.

How do I remove the window from the 2 clips that are on the rail? If someone could step me through it. Smashing the window out is not an option!

Stuffed if I can get my hand in to manipulate anything to release the damn glass.

Assistance on this one please.

Dave

Not the same as the EA-EL's ??
There you have the window lower bracket mounted with 2 bolts to the PW slider.

Had a look at the AU shop manual downloaded from here - just says to raise the glass til accessible, and release the clips - pic wasn't high res enough to see properly unfortunately.

can't we all just get along and be helpful. Gonna have to D/L that AU manual. Oh, and get power to the window so I can wind it up enough to gain access to the clips.

Just tell her they're ornaments Dave - just need a little dusting from time to time . . .

They have not sat long enough to gather any dust. But, I am in a holding pattern right now, I have to wait for a panel beater to come and inspect before I can bolt anything on right now. Its a family member, so I need to be patient and wait as there will be no charge involved. In the interest of not wasting money, I will be waiting for family instead.

Lucky (for your wife) you can't get the car in the loungeroom. I've had both my bikes in my loungeroom - lucky they fit in the lift and all!!

If you bought the 347 you'd be able to use the torque to pull some bricks out of the wall :D
