The whole dash?? or the instrument cluster?
The instrument cluster is easy, just adjust your steering wheel to be as low and far towards you as possible, undo the screws around the instrument cluster, and using a small screw driver in the holes pull hard and it should come out. If not get a long screwdriver or something and reach up behind it (i think you can get up there through the fuse box, or next to the steering column) and push it out from behind.

Hope i helped. ;)
