I have noticed that on the interior door handles which you pull to close the doors, has got a small amount of "flash" where the door handles and arm rest were moulded, its a line that looks obvious, like when model cars are made, you can see the lines where the mopuld went around the parts. The picture provided shows my back seat and a red circle to look for on the door handles for this "flash".
How can these be removed, by using a flat stanley knife and ever so slowly trimming it back?

I assume what's been meant here is probably like casting marks - i.e. lines that are caused from two half moulds are used to make something, and the moulds are removed, leaving these marks
I wouldn't try to trim them with a knife - most likely you'll make it worse. You could perhaps sand the area, but that would necessitate applying vinyl paint after, and your sanding would need to be light as too much will make the texture seem out of place. Best option may be to just live with it . . . .
