How is the best way to remove the pedal box from and AU2. My clutch pin has started to crack I was hoping for a quick reply on the removal of the box. I hoping it isn't a dash related removal cause I looked up and could only see about 6ish bolts to remove.
Any ideas or solutions would be great.

nah dash can stay in, one of the the bueaties of au's.
Disconnect your clutch cable and brake pedal(don't forget the switches) Remove your steering column shroud Undo the six or 8 bolts holding the pedal box in, and undo the 2 holding your steering column to the dash, Drop the column down and you should be able to twist the pedalbox over the steering column. bit fiddly but still beats dash out.

Ok,
To remove an AU2 pedal box. Look at it and think wtf? have a beer. get you fat a** on the ground and awkwardly get up and undo the switches and brake pedal from the booster, clutch cable and undo the bolts. Then swear and wonder why it won't move, have a beer. Remember to undo the column shroud and undo the cloumn let it drop down. pull at and it and swear. Figure out that on the right hand side of the pedal box is a orange and white looms that need to be removed. Unplug the looms and then get both hands into the area to use one hand to hold up a clip and the other to remove the plug off the metal. Extend the coloumn out as long as it can go, unplug a coulpe of loom plugs as not to damage them. To finally remove the box turn the box until the floppy brake pedal touches the ground and twist slightly push towards the passangers side and bickity bam! out
