My question is can I change the seat rails from drivers side to passanger seat as my drivers seat is stuffed and I can get good quality passanger seat easier??

is it just your seat base thats stuffed?
u can buy just the base from u-pull-it etc cheap enough, only 4 allen head bolts hold it on.
the metal base with foam and trim cost around $15-$20, and drivers side and passengers bases are the same
