I have an AUIII X6 and i am want replace the buttons on my steering wheel and fix my horn but i am having a spot of bother getting the right security torx bits to undo the airbag. if anyone knows where i can get one please let me know. Thanks

The ones on an AU are a 5 pointed star, not 6 like a normal Torx bit.
You can get them, I just don't know where.

yes it is a VERY big pain , i went to numerous crash shops they didnt have it , ended up buying the whole shelf of torx bits at bunnings and super cheap etc, i then rang burson's and they said they got it for $49.99

$49.99 do they think we are stupidddd! ?

fraud sell them for around $40each from memory, I picked mine up in a assorted set of 6 for $25 at a 'cheap' tool shop.

And no- I have never found a use for any of the other sizes but I'm sure one day when I do, I won't be able to find them LOL
