will any door trims from a sedan or wagon fit an xh ute or are they a different size? |

Nah mate, only the x series stuff is a goer.
Theirs a couple people who have fitted eseries trims, but required a fair bit of modification I believe. atleast one had modified and fitted and eseries dash to go with it.

Your only feasible options would be XD/XE/XF Ghia door trim stuff.
