Is it in any way possible to seperate the lower section of a EA-ED steering colum and fit it to the upper section of a EF-EL steering colum?

id say no because the EA-D are a different shape to the F/L. I think the F/L top part goes around the ingition IIRC. But then again it might. I wanted to give u and answer.

Is it hard? I try and avoid modding steering and suspension parts on my own

If its was engine mechanical or electrical i'd be alright 8-)
