Hey everyone, today the cruise control buttons snapped off the AU I've been driving. The plate at the back that holds the little chip snapped in half and so did the physical buttons that you press. The inner things are OK and no wiring is broken, so I can still use it if I hit the buttons on the little board, but I'd like to fix it.
Can I buy the holder for the buttons and the buttons themselves? How do I install these with the airbag in the wheel? Also, if you can buy the stuff, how much will it cost? Cheers!

I did the this like the same day I got my XR6, I ended up "borrowing" one from my work that had the stero controls buggered and played around and made a good set out of the two it isn't that hard to do.

I appreciate that man, I just can't get a hold of any buttons. Just curious, how did you make the radio buttons fit on the right side of the wheel? If anyone knows of a series 2 AU wheel with cruise buttons on it please let me know. Is it hard to swap steering wheels on an AU or pull the horn cover off to replace the tray for the buttons? I don't want to set the airbag off.....

i did this twice in my ea(rip), which had el interior and have done it once in my el wagon.
Any self serve wreckors dude, just pocket them and walk out. Easy, and 2 10mm bolts hold the air bag on.
