Hey guys,

Just a quickie ...how do I get rid of the Spanner (service) symbol on my odometer?

Is there a set procedure of buttons to push to get rid of it?

Cheers.

Hey.

Have a search around, or look in your glovebox manual for the specifics...

But its basically a matter of pressing the odometer reset for about 10 seconds. Easy as!

Why? you can't get rid of it?
Or haven't you serviced it in that long?

The spanner symbol on an AU doesn't mean "service the engine", it means "hit yourself with a spanner, you bought an AU".

or maybe "you are a spanner for buying an AU" and after 10,000km's it expects you to trade it in! :P

I wish that all my dash did was have a spanner stay on it!
Mine is now currently sitting at 700,000+ km's.
Nice when it jumps more than half a million km's in a split second, cause it kinda kills any resale...
