20 K's out is a huge margin. Try another dash (Same as EB-ED).

you may have a stuffed cluster or it may be due to the wheels being changed to one's of a different size...
what size wheels are on it? |

I'd be looking at the speedo driven gear.
sounds like you have the wrong one in there, has the gearbox been changed?
