hey guys i just finished installing my manual pedal box into my el. and now weve finished there is 2 lights out in the cluster and whenever i put my foot down on the throttle a ticking sound is constantly coming from the cluster area but as soon as i pull my foot off it stops? any help?
and also now im finished i kept the steering wheel in the same place as before well roughly anyway. but now when i go to turn at about 1/4 to 1/2 a turn it goes real tight as if it gonna lock up does the same when im straightening. ive currently lowered the steering wheel and its not doing it but its quite uncomfortable. any idea guys? much appreciated cheers |

The steering is rubbing because when you let the steering column down, you probably didnt loosen the bolt that's down near the firewall, and you've probably damaged the bearing inside, as for the ticking, make sure all your earths are done up properly it may be a relay clicking in and out due to a bad earth.
