Does anyone know where i can purchase a imitation timber dash instrument, stereo, auto shifter, & power window surround?? I saw it on exactly the same EL fAIRMONT Ghia as mine at the Ford VS Holden SHOW IN Homebush, Sydney about a year ago. Not Too happy with the look of a spray job.. Thanks

Sorry to hijack the thread, but Till_Lind I hate those rims in your sig...normally.
But they look really good as 19 or 20" in the photo. I take it they are photo shopped?

Photo shop they are, but there was someone on here that used to have white powder coated rims in a fairly complex design? Looked different.. but not bad. And yeah, the stick on ones are hard to work with over curved surfaces.... get it done professionally for sure!

The bloke might have had that horrid woodgrain stuff they put on the LTDs.
The original Ford stuff has it around the radio and rear vents. But it doesnt have any on the dash. Unless he has low series dash in his Ghia, as they put a strip of woodgrain where the passenger airbag goes for the EF1, NF1 and DF1's. Unless it was a stick on job. |
