Use a razor blade it comes off easy sometimes but sometimes its sticks too. Depends on the type of tint. I did mine and the demister is fine. Hope this helps mate

Get some good sharp razor blades, 00 Grade steel wool, a steamer/hairdryer and some soapy water.
for the side windows just give it a nick with the blade on the top edge till you got enough tint to hold onto and just rip the mother off. Once tint is off spray soapy water on window and use the blade to scrape the excess glue off.

For the rear you'll need to heat it up with a steamer or hairdryer. Give it a nick in the top corner and peel back slowly while heating it up, this will help soften the adhesive. Once it is all off, use some 00 Grade steel wool and soapy water and clean any excess glue off as well.

See how you go with it mate.
