Howdy,
been a while since ive shown my head around here...almost a year i suspect. so firstly hellooooo! secondly...i now have a BA falcon. I am wanting to put the aux audio cable in, im not going to bother effing around...i'll just buy it. But i want to put it somewhere semi attractive. so i think ill put the aux cable into the back of the tissue box holder and just run a double ended headphone cable in...ive got all that sorted nice etc, no worries. what i need help with is very simple...haha...how do i remove the tissue box holder without breaking interior components. basically, new car...if i can help it id rather not break of plastic clips etc making this an even more expensive job...does anyone have a simple step by step process on how to get this out...or possibly a picture of the movements required? any help would be greatly appreciated. next job, effing brake rotors. some nice slotted ones should go well where the current warped ones are easier than the old EL to do, no bearings to play with Thanks Guys, - Andrew |

lol well have fun, you got about 20 screws to undo
i removed mine a few weeks ago and this is what i remember, gotta take the auto/man surround out (maybe cup holder too), than have to unscrew the black trims that run on the top sides to the icc, then once they are out there's like 2 or 4 screws to get the tissue bow surround out. i think thats it, from what i can remember if you get stuck or anything let us know and i'll get some pics for ya |

Nah, it's not that hard.
you just want to remove the tissue box right? 1) Pull off the shifter surround. (Held on by clips) 2) Undo 2 screws which hold on the "wings" around the ICC 3) Undo the 2 screws which hold the tissue holder in 4) Pull out the tissue holder 15 min job if that.

Did you move the shifter, because the cup holder screws into the shifter from memory.
